FUNDAMENTALS

Fundamentals Class

Learn the basic movements of CrossFit and get a feel for different style CrossFit workouts. We slowly ramp up your training to get you ready for the group CrossFit Classes. We go over the basics and practice proper technique before adding intensity and loading of weight. This approach allows new members to have the skills to be able to train injury free and allow for better progression of their fitness goals.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training – Basically CrossFit style workouts without a Barbell or high skill gymnastic movements. SImilar to a Bootcamp in the how the program is biased towards conditioning end of the fitness spectrum. No prior experience is necessary as we are able to scale to all fitness levels, abilities and limitations. Movements are simple and effective but this is not an easy class.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids

For ages 5-11. CrossFit Kids is all about instilling a healthy active lifestyle from a young age. The most important thing is that we make this class fun and get the kids to understand that fitness can be enjoyable. Lots of games really keep them interested. They don’t use barbells and keep the weights light and within their individual skill levels. We have had a bunch of kids transition from the kids class to the adult class and they all are ready with a good base of fitness and movement patterns. They learn basic skills in weightlifting, gymnastics and plyometrics. The kids love it!!

$80 Per month Membership – 2 Classes per week. (Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 12:30) | $20 Drop in Class

NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is a key element needed in conjunction with your CrossFit training to achieve optimal health and wellness. We believe in promoting “Deep Health” in that Nutrition must make us better athletes (lose fat, gain muscle etc) but also happier and healthier people. We need to have a good base of nutrition, that matches our energy output, along with our goals. It needs to be simple, achievable and consistent.  Coach Simon is a Level 1 Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and can help get you on the right track with your Nutrition.

Basics of Nutrition Meeting and Assessment ( 30 min meeting in person or Zoom chat): $50 plus HST

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Our Online Programming “Full Equipment” option allows members from out of town to use our programming for their workouts. This means that they either have a full home gym or they use “Open gym” at another facility. To be honest, most would rather get into the gym to get that community feel but some might like the option.

We also have the option of “Minimal Equipment” Home programming Option.  We will program 3 HIIT Style, simple home workouts. You won’t need any equipment. This membership can also be used to supplement the number of times some members can make it into the gym with their busy schedule.
